The NFHS Network Recognizes Top Student Broadcast Teams From Across the Country

High School Student Broadcasters will be honored with the second annual NFHS Network Awards

 

The NFHS Network, the nation’s leading high school sports media company, invites high school student broadcast programs and high school student broadcasters to submit nominations for the second annual NFHS Network Awards.  With the NFHS Network Broadcast Academy being held every other year, this year the winners will be announced via a special online presentation in April.  Nominations are due by February 23, 2016.

Broadcast Academy 2015

The inaugural 2015 Broadcast Academy was held July 17-19 in Atlanta, Ga. at the Westin Hotel and Conference Center. Over 100 students and teachers from 21 different states attended the three day academy. All attendees participated in interactive, hands-on workshops that taught students valuable production, broadcast and reporting skills. High school broadcast students were able to gain experience in LIVE broadcast situations and were also able to share their knowledge of high school sports and news productions.
